Mark Saul Hey Mark, thanks for listening.

1) Batman would not leave his spear lying around, we agree, but Lois wanting to throw away something that hurts Supes made sense at least.
2) Yeah, Snyder made Metropolis and Gotham sister cities. They’re a river away from each other.
3) We will not go back and watch, but see what you mean. Alfred was a multi-talented beast.
4) Lex was … crazy?
5) Sorry for the late reply! Turns out we didn’t have notifications turned on for comments. Oops!

Great episode! Wanted to throw out a few more things that bothered me regarding BvS -

1) Batman leaves his kryptonite spear on the ground after his battle with Superman: WTF?? Bats spent half the movie acquiring the kryptonite to make his weapons to fight Superman. Even if he didn't anticipate needing it 30 minutes later, would Batman ever really leave something so valuable just lying on the ground??? To make things worse, it just leads in to Lois making another WTF decision to take the spear and then throw it in the depths (I wanted to scream when this happened). What was her motivation to do this?? I half expected Aquaman to get another cameo here and come up from the water with the spear for Superman to use because, hey, why not?

2) Are Metropolis and Gotham next to each other??? This movie made it seem like they are a stone's throw away from each other, yet based on the dialogue, they make it seem like Gotham is like the incarnate of human misery and darkness while Metropolis is the pinnacle of progress and hope, despite its penchant to be collateral damage in Superman battles.

3) Alfred being the swiss-army-knife butler who is seemingly a master of so many different advanced fields and technologies that one wonders if Batman is actually the more impressive of the two. Seriously, go back and count how many jobs, duties, and abilities they show Alfred performing.

4) What is Lex's motivation to really do anything he did?
